Please note... The Children's Closet is NOT responsible for lost parcels that are sent to business/work addresses, or with incorrect/missing delivery address details on your order i,e door numbers, building names, incorrect postcodes etc.
Please check over your order details that you have given the full and correct delivery address at the time of making your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. If this rare occasion arises please contact MyHermes directly with your tracking number received in your order email for further instruction.
All our items are sent via MyHermes and require a signature upon receipt. The Children's Closet is not responsible if MyHermes does not process the delivery the same day.
